Choose the approach that fits

01

Buy.

Use a proven tool when it already meets the need.

02

Automate.

Connect what works and remove repeated effort.

03

Build.

Create a focused system when the gap matters.

A practical starting point

Decide. Implement.
Keep moving.

Start with the audit when the priority is unclear. Scope a sprint when the workflow is known. Use fractional strategy for continuing direction.

01 / Decide where to invest

How we work

A clear scope.
A result we can review.

  1. 01

    Bring the workflow.

Share the current bottleneck, the tools involved, and what a useful result would look like.

  2. 02

    Agree on the work.

Confirm fit, deliverables, fee, and timing in a proposal.

  3. 03

    Review it together.

Inspect the roadmap or first milestone against the agreed criteria.

  4. 04

    Put it to use.

Implement, hand off, or agree continuing support.

Community & event technology

Start with one event.
Build a useful foundation.

AfroTech.guide is proof of the approach: organized records, events, and AI-assisted discovery. A branded platform pilot starts with your audience, approval process, and one useful experience.

Let’s understand the work

What could work
better for you?

Share the workflow, the tools you use, and the result you want. I’ll reply to discuss fit and the next step.

Sending an inquiry does not book a paid engagement. Scope and terms come in a separate proposal.

Before we begin

Clear expectations.
Useful work.

How is the audit different from a consultation?

The audit is a scoped diagnostic engagement across up to three workflows, with an inventory, ranked recommendations, assumptions, and a written 90-day roadmap. Individual consultations focus on a discussion within the booked session.

Does the audit include a build?

Implementation is a separate scope. The audit fee may be credited toward an implementation agreed in writing within 60 days. We confirm the credit in the proposal.

What determines a sprint’s price and timeline?

The workflow, integrations, data, acceptance criteria, and handoff determine scope. The $5,000 to $15,000 range describes typical scoped projects. Final fee, milestones, third-party costs, and timing are agreed before work begins.

How does fractional strategy work?

We agree on monthly priorities, delivery oversight, a written review, and the capacity needed. The proposal defines meeting cadence, response expectations, initial term, and cancellation terms. Implementation work is included only when explicitly scoped.

Can we keep the systems we already use?

Yes. We examine the workflow and decide what to buy, automate, or build. Existing tools can remain part of the solution.

Can we start with an event or community platform?

Yes. A pilot focuses on one audience and a useful first experience. Directory, events, approval flows, and AI-assisted discovery are scoped around your needs. Pricing follows the proposal.

What if we only need one conversation?

Individual consultations from $55 and existing monthly services remain available.
