Thank you for using Aphrisoft Analytics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aphrisoft Analytics services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
I. Definitions
As outlined in the TikTok Developer Terms, we use their definitions to clarify the meaning of Application, Developer Content, End Users, TikTok API, TikTok Developer Documentation, TikTok Developer Services, TikTok Sample Code, TikTok SDK, and TikTok Services.
II. Use of Service
By integrating with TikTok Developer Services, our Application adheres to the granted license and the associated permissions provided in the Developer Terms. We respect all limitations and permissions provided, ensuring the information from TikTok is available to our End Users under strict guidelines. Any use of TikTok’s logos or brand elements complies with their brand guidelines.
III. User Conduct & Restrictions
End Users must adhere to our guidelines, which reflect TikTok's Developer Terms. Actions such as distributing, modifying, engaging in fraudulent activities, using our services for unauthorized commercial purposes, or any other prohibited action as outlined in the TikTok Developer Terms are not allowed.
IV. Data Protection & Confidentiality
All authentication data from TikTok is considered TikTok’s Confidential Information. Any personal data we receive that pertains to TikTok's services adheres to the required data protection addendum.V. FeesWhile Aphrisoft Analytics does not currently charge extra for its integration with TikTok Developer Services, any future changes to this policy will be communicated accordingly, reflecting TikTok’s policy.
VI. Termination & Suspension
In alignment with TikTok’s policy, Aphrisoft Analytics reserves the right to suspend or terminate its integration with TikTok Developer Services at its discretion.
VII. Disclaimer
Use of Aphrisoft Analytics and its integration with TikTok Developer Services is at the End User's discretion and risk. Aphrisoft Analytics isn't responsible for the accuracy of the information sourced from TikTok.
VIII. Indemnity
End Users agree to indemnify Aphrisoft Analytics, in alignment with the provisions provided in TikTok’s Developer Terms.IX. ComplianceEnd Users of Aphrisoft Analytics agree to adhere to all applicable laws, including those related to anti-corruption and export rules.
